Known for its excellent sushi, served either at the bar or the dining tables, Ichiban tempts guests with a variety of rolls, including those made with alligator and the ever-popular barbecued eel. Tempura dishes are also hot items and are prepared with a careful hand so that every bite is light and delicate. Grilled entrees are available as well, and you'll find selections for everyone on the adventure scale. Kids are welcome, as are groups, and you can even do take-out if you'd like. DOCTOR PHILLIPS. Tired of fish sticks and hush puppies? The Pan-Asian fare at this seafood house will more than satisfy that craving for novelty. Thanks to sushi, a raw bar offering oysters and duck carpaccio, and fish and steak entrees, diners are never at a loss for variety. The interior, complete with blue and green decor, clear glass and plasma screens featuring fish, simulates an aquarium.

EPCOT ®. Sleek and contemporary decor provides the perfect foil for Todd English's contemporary take on seafood. Freshness and presentation are key ­ all of your senses will be impressed. To start, opt for the combination platter, piled high with lobster, oysters, clams, shrimp, tuna tartare and several dipping sauces. Garlic roasted shrimp with polenta and fennel butter, and the New England lobster roll are as attractive as they are satisfying. Entrée options include steaks and chops, but the fried Cantonese lobster with a sticky soy glaze is sublime, and the catch of the day is always grilled perfectly, with a perky sauce of your choice. DOWNTOWN DISNEY ®. California cuisine à la Puck is the specialty of this relaxed cafe where seats are always at a premium. Decorated with vibrant mosaics, the space features an open kitchen where you can see the popular dishes being prepared. Gourmet pizzas are the signature dish, no matter the toppings, and the Chinois chicken salad is also a house favorite. Pastas are delicious as well, as is the selection of grilled fish and the sushi rolls. The cafe, which is downstairs from the more sedate restaurant, has a quicker turnover, but the food is good enough to make you hesitate. Outdoor seating is available too, but you'll probably just be happy to find a seat at all. Reservations are accepted for groups. Business casual to dressy attire.
